The Conception

RCCG Throne of Grace Parish formally My Father's House Parish, was born out of the need to spread the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ unto every nooks and crannies and to the uttermost part of the earth. It officially had its first service on June 2014. We are just a year(+) old.

The parish is a child to RCCG Light House Parish, the area headquatres of Ikeja1 located at no. 10 Anifowoshe. The parish was conceived and given life under the leadership of the then area pastor, in blessed memory, Late Pastor Steve Abu. And came to life as a church after the Easter Go-A-Fishing Programme tagged "The all

sufficient God". The late Area Pastor at the close of the three days programme formally declared the parish open also naming the Pastors and workers who would be in charge of the parish.

- The journey so far

The church began in 2014 with less than 10 members. Today, the number has risen to 60+ including children. And various efforts have been made to to keep the light shining via evangelism, reach out programs and so on.
There have been challenges but not ones that couldn't be overcomed with the Lord's help.
